1. Registry control

Each top-level domain is operated under rules set by its registry, registrar, ICANN where applicable, local law, and technical policies. Those rules may change without notice to Hostyt or to you.

2. Examples of registry-specific rules

• Residency, citizenship, business presence, or local contact requirements.
• Trademark or regulated-sector eligibility requirements.
• Identity verification, business verification, or document checks.
• Premium pricing, variable renewal pricing, or reserved names.
• Specific DNS, DNSSEC, nameserver, or technical validation rules.
• Different expiry, renewal, transfer, redemption, and deletion timelines.

3. Customer confirmation

By ordering a domain, you confirm that you meet all applicable registry rules and will continue to meet them during the registration period.

4. Registry action

A registry or registrar may reject, suspend, lock, delete, transfer, or modify a domain to comply with registry rules, court orders, public authority requests, dispute proceedings, technical stability requirements, or abuse mitigation.

5. Customer review

You should review the rules for the relevant TLD before purchase, especially for country-code TLDs, regulated TLDs, premium domains, and domains purchased for resale or client projects.

We may update this document from time to time. The version published on host.yt is the current version. If a change materially affects active paid services, we may notify affected customers by email, account notice, ticket, or another reasonable channel.
