Plain-language summary
This summary is for convenience only. The full provisions below form the legally relevant text.
1. General rule
Fees are non-refundable unless this Policy, the checkout page, a written agreement, or mandatory law provides otherwise.
2. Standard refund windows
- Shared hosting and WordPress hosting: eligible for refund within 30 days from initial purchase unless excluded below.
- VPS and server services: eligible for refund within 72 hours from initial purchase unless excluded below.
- Domains, domain transfers, domain renewals, redemption, premium domains, licences, add-ons, setup fees, administrative fees, and usage-based fees: non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise or we expressly approve a refund.
3. Exclusions
No refund is due for renewals, upgrades already used, migration work, custom work, breached accounts, suspended accounts caused by abuse, chargeback-related restrictions, terminated services due to policy violations, third-party products, taxes that cannot be recovered, or services consumed before cancellation.
4. Consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory withdrawal rights, those rights apply as required by law. Where you request immediate performance of digital services and acknowledge that withdrawal rights may be lost after full performance, refunds may be limited as permitted by law.
5. How to request a refund
Contact or open a billing ticket. Include account email, invoice number, service name, reason, and requested outcome.
6. Refund method
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Where that is not possible, we may issue account credit, subject to law and payment processor rules.
7. Chargebacks
If you start a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend affected services and account access while the dispute is investigated. Chargeback fees and unpaid balances may be recoverable from you where permitted by law.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel eligible services from the customer panel or by contacting support. You should export data before cancellation. Cancellation may cause data deletion according to the applicable service lifecycle.
Updates
We may update this document from time to time. The version published on host.yt is the current version. If a change materially affects active paid services, we may notify affected customers by email, account notice, ticket, or another reasonable channel.
