1. Scope
This Code applies to vendors, suppliers, contractors, resellers, affiliates, partners, and other third parties working with or for Hostyt.
2. Legal and ethical conduct
Third parties must comply with applicable laws, avoid corruption, bribery, fraud, sanctions violations, tax evasion, unfair competition, and deceptive practices.
3. Security and confidentiality
Third parties must protect confidential information, credentials, systems, customer data, and personal data. Security incidents must be reported promptly to abuse@host.yt.
4. Data protection
Third parties processing personal data for Hostyt must follow written instructions, use appropriate safeguards, support data subject rights, and comply with applicable data protection law.
5. Labour and human rights
Third parties must not use forced labour, child labour, unlawful discrimination, harassment, or unsafe working practices.
6. Conflicts of interest
Third parties must disclose conflicts of interest, gifts, incentives, or relationships that may affect impartiality or trust.
7. Enforcement
Violation of this Code may result in audit, remediation, suspension, termination, refusal of payment, or legal action where permitted.
Updates
We may update this document from time to time. The version published on host.yt is the current version. If a change materially affects active paid services, we may notify affected customers by email, account notice, ticket, or another reasonable channel.
