1. Purpose
This Policy explains how to report alleged copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement involving services hosted by Hostyt.
2. Submit a notice
Send notices to abuse@host.yt or legal@host.yt.
3. Required information
- Your name, organisation, address, email, and authority to act.
- The copyrighted work, trademark, or right allegedly infringed.
- The exact URL, domain, IP address, or content location.
- Evidence of ownership or authorisation.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Review and action
We may forward the notice to the customer, request more information, disable access to content, suspend services, preserve evidence, or reject incomplete or abusive notices.
5. Counter-notice
A customer may submit a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed or disabled by mistake. The counter-notice should include identity, contact details, the removed content, reasons, supporting evidence, and a statement made in good faith.
6. Repeat infringement
Accounts repeatedly involved in infringement may be suspended or terminated.
7. No legal advice
We do not decide complex ownership disputes. Parties should seek independent legal advice and use court or dispute-resolution channels where appropriate.
Updates
We may update this document from time to time. The version published on host.yt is the current version. If a change materially affects active paid services, we may notify affected customers by email, account notice, ticket, or another reasonable channel.
