1. Brand assets
Hostyt, Marko Omelyash VARSOFIA, product names, logos, icons, slogans, mascots, designs, screenshots, and brand materials are owned by or licensed to Marko Omelyash VARSOFIA.
2. Permitted use
You may use our name in plain text to truthfully refer to Hostyt, your use of the Services, integrations, reviews, tutorials, or compatibility, provided the use is accurate and not misleading.
3. Restricted use
You must not use our brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, employment, agency, official status, registrar accreditation, or exclusive relationship unless we have approved it in writing.
4. Prohibited use
- Confusing domain names, social handles, apps, ads, or pages.
- Modified logos or marks that damage brand consistency.
- Use in scams, phishing, malware, illegal content, or deceptive promotions.
- Trademark bidding or misleading SEO pages without permission.
5. Permissions
Requests for brand permission should be sent to <ahref=’mailto:legal@host.yt‘>legal@host.yt with proposed use, channels, territories, duration, and mockups where available.
6. Revocation
We may revoke permission if use becomes misleading, unlawful, harmful, inconsistent with guidelines, or damaging to Hostyt.
Updates
We may update this document from time to time. The version published on host.yt is the current version. If a change materially affects active paid services, we may notify affected customers by email, account notice, ticket, or another reasonable channel.
