Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects Hostyt, customers, end users, networks, providers, and the public from unlawful, abusive, unsafe, or harmful use of the Services.
2. Illegal content and activity
You must not use the Services for content or activity that is illegal, facilitates illegal activity, violates third-party rights, or breaches applicable law in any relevant jurisdiction.
3. Prohibited categories
- Child sexual abuse material, exploitation of minors, grooming, or sexualised content involving minors.
- Terrorist content, violent extremist material, credible threats, or incitement to violence.
- Malware, ransomware, botnets, phishing, credential theft, carding, exploit kits, command-and-control, or unauthorised access.
- Spam, purchased mailing lists, open relays, forged headers, snowshoe spam, and unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Fraud, scams, identity theft, fake documents, pyramid schemes, deceptive financial schemes, and impersonation.
- Copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality violations.
- DDoS attacks, stressers, booters, port scanning without authorisation, scraping that violates law or rights, and network abuse.
- Illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, illegal weapons, illegal gambling, stolen goods, and unlawful regulated products.
- Harassment, stalking, doxxing, hate content, or content targeting people with abuse or threats.
4. Resource abuse
You must not consume resources in a way that degrades services for other users, bypasses plan limits, evades rate limits, creates instability, or overloads infrastructure.
5. Security obligations
You must keep software patched, remove malware, secure credentials, configure mail correctly, prevent open proxies/relays, and respond promptly to security notices.
6. Enforcement
We may warn, request remediation, throttle, block ports, null-route traffic, disable scripts, remove content, suspend services, terminate services, preserve evidence, or report serious abuse to relevant authorities.
7. Reporting
Report violations to abuse@host.yt. Include URLs, IP addresses, timestamps, headers, logs, screenshots, and a concise explanation.
Updates
We may update this document from time to time. The version published on host.yt is the current version. If a change materially affects active paid services, we may notify affected customers by email, account notice, ticket, or another reasonable channel.
