Abuse Policy

1. Abuse contact
Abuse reports should be sent to abuse@host.yt. Legal notices may be sent to legal@host.yt.
2. What to include
- The domain, URL, IP address, email address, or service identifier involved.
- Timestamps with timezone.
- Full email headers for spam or phishing reports.
- Logs, screenshots, packet captures, malware samples, or other evidence.
- Your contact details and authority to report.
- A statement made in good faith that the report is accurate.
3. Review process
We triage reports based on severity, evidence, risk, urgency, legal obligations, and potential impact. Serious threats may be handled immediately. Incomplete reports may require additional information.
4. Customer notification
Where appropriate and safe, we may notify the customer and request remediation. We may skip notice if urgent action is needed, notice would increase risk, law prevents it, or the account appears malicious.
5. Possible actions
Actions may include warning, ticket, temporary suspension, port block, content removal, DNS change, server isolation, null-route, rate limit, account review, termination, or referral to registrar, registry, upstream provider, or authorities.
6. Repeat abuse
Repeated abuse, non-response, deceptive remediation, or recurring compromise may result in permanent termination or refusal of future service.
7. DSA notices
Reports concerning illegal content in the European Union may also be handled under the DSA Notice and Action Policy.
Updates
We may update this document from time to time. The version published on host.yt is the current version. If a change materially affects active paid services, we may notify affected customers by email, account notice, ticket, or another reasonable channel.
